atads is currently deploying a network of large format plasma and LCD screens to create a digital ‘Out Of Home’ advertising network. We are placing screens in a number of high profile, high traffic areas across cities like Adelaide and Brisbane on which we are selling advertising space.

The operation of this screen network is similar to running a television station – we present content of general interest (entertainment and information) while raising revenue through the sale of advertising space. We estimate a monthly viewer base exceeding 800,000 people within the next three to six months.

Subject to certain criteria, atads is inviting interested venue operators to advance the branding and marketing of their businesses through the implementation of an atads digital signage network. By placing atads screens within your business you can create a new, and potentially significant, passive income stream through paid advertising and also offer a new form of service delivery to your customers.

atads will supply, install and maintain all equipment at NO COST to the venue. We will manage the content (advertising and general information) displayed on your screens from our remote management centre. All we need within the venue is electrical power and an internet connection for the equipment.

atads will make 20% of the screen ‘inventory’ (or advertising timeslots) available to the venue operators at NO COST for the display of your own branding, marketing and informational materials. atads will sell the remaining 80% of the screen inventory to complementary, non-competitive third parties. More importantly, 20% of all revenue generated from the advertising appearing on our screens within your venue will be passed to you the venue operator(s) as a passive income stream.

Assuming a worst case scenario, if atads placed only ten adverts per month on each screen at $240 per advert per month, we would generate revenue of $2,400 per month per screen, of which you would receive $480 per month per screen as a passive income stream – in addition to the no-cost access to in-house branding and marketing and the use of high-end, quality equipment. However, given highly targeted point-of-purchase screen locations, atads expects to generate considerably higher advertising revenue than the example given.

You may choose to convert some or all of your 20% advertising income into advertising space on other digital screens across the atads network (for instance, advertising in other geographically relevant, high traffic businesses). You can also purchase additional advertising space on a normal commercial basis within the external network.
